  • Recruiter selection
    After understand the client needs and setting up the process, a resource is selected who is suited to best perform the tasks assigned. All tools are made available to the resource to ensure a high quality outcome and client satisfaction.
  • Process monitoring & quality checks
    Our managers keep a close watch to ensure that the tasks assigned are performed quickly and effectively and act as the first line of moderation to ensure high quality of work.
  • Recruitment lifecycle
    The resource goes through the whole recruitment lifecycle of sourcing, screening, skill evaluation, negotiation, presentation, interview scheduling as well as briefing/debriefing.
